Cannot get MMS to work with circles.life which is an affiliate of Optus

I cannot get MMS to work with circles.life which is an affiliate of Optus. I changed my motog gen3 to revert to default and I can see Optus yesinternet and Optus MMS. Both have authentication set to none but the internet and TXT are working fine but the MMS is stuck in sending mode forever. I have also set authentication to PAP but it made no difference either. Anyone seen this before and can provide a suggestion?

Not much Optus can do as you are not a direct customer of theirs but a customer of circles.life.

I dont know if circles.life use their own custom settings.
Optus uses these:

Name: Optus MMS
Home Page/MMSC: http://mmsc.optus.com.au:8002/
APN: MMS
Primary/MMS Proxy: 61.88.190.10
Port: 8070
MCC: 505
MNC: 02
Auth Type: PAP
APN Type: mms
MMS Protocol (for Android): WAP 2.0

Anything further would need to be directed to circles.life where they would have to check your account and provide further settings if they differ.

Did someone on Yes Crowd answer your question?

Thanks for your reply, Paddy. I think I found the solution. It was one or both of these 2 things I tried:

  1. Check moto g sites and they suggested changing authentication from PAP to none.
  2. Turn wifi off and only have mobile data on.
