I have been trying to activate my voicemail for months now.
I have used the app (which says voicemail is activated).
I have used the message service to 9999 and sent #8 and it says “Voicemail is currently deactivated on your service. To activate reply 2.” to which I reply #2 and then get this response “Sorry we couldn't fetch that information right now. Please try again later or text MENU for available services.”
I have spoken to numerous people e.g. tech support but they cannot help.
Can you please advise what I need to do as I need my voicemail for work purposes.

Any luck when dialing 1509 from your phone?
