Maybe an incredibly obvious answer here, but I'm trying to activate the above mentioned SIM @ optus.com.au/activate and it's asking for the mobile number, but there's no mobile number listed anywhere on the pack or SIM. What am I supposed to enter?
Hey @fallingawake, are you selecting new or replacement SIM on the page may we ask? It should ask for the SIM number and ID if you're selecting new. You can check out more information on our Activate a SIM page
