Cancelling an Optus Internet Sevice


I am currently on hold and have been for over an hour (1 hour and 17 minutes) trying to get through to someone to cancel my service.

I have had no luck trying online; the link for live chat appears to be broken and even on my Optus App the message says "All of our agents are currently chatting. We will let you know as soon as an agent is available.

Ending a service is a nightmare.

Any idea how to get a response?

The live chat is just busy not broken. Normally if you leave it for a while and try again you might have more luck.
