I would like to cancel my monthly mobile SIM-only plan for personal reasons.
How could I do it ?

You will need to contact Optus either by phone or online chat.
If you are on a 12 mnth contract they may well be a charge.

Hey @Maple, feel free to send us a PM with your mobile number, full name and DOB so we can cancel the service for you. If you're wanting to take the number to another provider you must port your number away while it is still active - this will automatically cancel the service with Optus.
