I was in Australia for a few weeks and got myself a month to month sim card. As I have now returned overseas I would like to cancel the month to month plan. How can I do this without waiting on a call for over 20 minutes? My Account online was not activated so I am unable to use this feature.
Looking forward to hearing from you before the plan refreshes as I have not used it for the last few days due to travelling.
