hi, I placed an order on the 30th march for a new phone contract and received an order confirmation and then nothing. I cant get hold of anyone and no further updates. went into the optus shop and was told there is a problem but not sure what and cannot help me, they cant even cancel the order to start again. they said ill have to wait until someone in sales comes back to work. please cancel my order # 145721434A. I'm Sick of the run around.
That's fair enough but nobody here on this pubic forum has access to Optus systems. You will need to speak with them yourself if you can get through.
