Cancel iPad service

I can’t get service with my iPad as I work in a mine that only has telstra, so I dont use the service.  I only have till next year and need to cancel my service, how do you do this online?

Hi there,

 

It can't be done online you will be required to talk to a Optus human directly.

8am - 7pm (AEST) Monday to Wednesday
8am - 8pm (AEST) Thursday to Friday
9am - 6pm (AEST) Saturday
