I would like to cancel my SIM Plan but am unable to get through on your phones and I'm not able to use the messaging service both through my optus app and on your website. On your website it states that 'Unfortunately due to COVID-19 impacts on our customer care teams, our web Messaging Team is unavailable at the moment'(https://www.optus.com.au/notices/service-chat).
Please could you let me know if there is any other way to cancel my SIM plan? As I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible as I am paying for something that is not being used.
