Hi, whenever I try send an MMS from my Optus X Smart phone it says "No APN settings on the device" and "couldn't send due to network error".
I have checked in the settings and I have the correct APN details etc. I have even factory reset the phone but I still can't send or receive MMS messages. Have tested my sim in another phone and it works for MMS, so it is my device. I can access the internet, send SMS, make and receive calls...just have this MMS issue. Please help.

That's weird indeed. Just one obvious question about making sure WiFi is off and mobile data is on when trying to send an MMS?

Yes WiFi is off and mobile data is on

I had a quick search for this problem and the recommendation was to delete the APN settings and set them up again. I assume the details below are correct.
Yes I did that, deleted all APN settings and re-entered them
You are well in front of me as you have already tested the other things I was going to suggest. Might pay to have a word with support as there may be something on the Optus end that isn't configured properly. You can try support on the live chat link below or the chat feature in the Optus app.
I'll give it a try. Thank you for your help, I truly appreciate it. 😀
