I am unable to login to optus sport app. I can't remember my password and get sent an email but when I click on the link to reset, I just keep getting sent back to the login page. It's happened 5 times already. I've even tried another email address with the same reults. I'm over the stupidity of it. Please help me asap! Thanks.
In the past, I've helped customers with a similar issue. In most cases, they'd entered the email address slightly incorrect when they'd signed up for Optus Sport.
I'd suggest double checking. If you're still not getting anyway, I'd jump onto Live Chat.
