Years ago I had a mobile service with Optus.
I've since ported my number to a different provider
I can't receive calls or messages from other Optus customers
When other Optus customers try to call me, they get a message saying my number has been disconnected.
I've tried calling Optus, they said there's nothing they could do.
That is unusual if you haven't been with Optus for several years and now that has started happening.
Have you tried contacting your current service provider?
It started happening as soon as I switched providers. Only recently I found out what the issue was. I'm convinced it's an Optus issue that's why I contacted Optus first. I will try my current provider as well.
