Can’t activate my new sim

I have bought a 300$ sim that’s for 12months now it’s letting me put my email personal details and then gose to choose ur service it only shows the 300$ plan I’ve tryed clicking it nothing happens it shouldn’t be this hard

Hi @ ASHLEYB3YLES - apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. You can certainly activate your new Prepaid SIM for a new number on this link.  Please note to activate you'll have to enter the SIM card number, your ID details, your number and then the plan. Please let us know if this helps.
