Can't access Optus Perks

I am logged in on the My Optus app and when I try to click on a perk it says Sorry you can't access perks right now, please try again later. I have tried to re-register on the perks website but instead of sending a confirmation email it sends an email that tells me I have successfully de-registered my perks account. I am unable to log into perks on any browser.

Hey Scottdollaz, can you please send us a PM with your account details, full name, DOB and the email you used to register for Perks?

Sorry to hear that you're having issues registering to Optus Perks. 

Are you trying to log in via the app also? You could also try registering via the below:
