Can't access Optus Perks


I am logged in on the My Optus app and when I try to click on a perk it says Sorry you can't access perks right now, please try again later. I have tried to re-register on the perks website but instead of sending a confirmation email it sends an email that tells me I have successfully de-registered my perks account. I am unable to log into perks on any browser.

Hey Scottdollaz, can you please send us a PM with your account details, full name, DOB and the email you used to register for Perks?
