Samsung 10 SMS not working since phone purchased 10 days ago . Customer services state is still pending ? and I received an email stating IT department should have it fixed so frustrating ! could it be a fault with the phone. Optus staff members state it is not the phone or sim card? any advice ?
Just SMS isn't working? That sounds unlucky, a pretty rare issue these days.
Do you get an error message when you try to send one? What is the error message?
Is your Message Centre set as +61411990001? (Messages/Settings/More Settings/Text Messages/Message Centre)
