Can I share my plan (calls and data) with another unlocked phone I own?

Hi All,

Can I share my plan (calls and data) with another unlocked phone I own?

I want to buy a sim for a new unlocked phone and share the plan with it.

Is that possible?

Thanks,

Dave

Hey,

If you are going to buy and setup a prepaid service then it won't work unless via Hotspot. But if you are to setup another service on the account like on a plan, let us say, for example, go with the $15 sim only broadband plan (3GB), you can then share the total data on both service.

You may want to check this link: http://www.optus.com.au/shop/support/answer/how-data-sharing-with-data-pool-works-mobile-phone-mobil...

Hope it helps,

Chris.

It would be nice if it was possible, but both phones would ring on an incoming call, and you would get collisions on outgoing calls.

Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together, mass hysteria!

Hey @clientbounty Smiley Happy

@onestepchris is correct, you would need a different billed service on the account.

Either a mobile broadband or mobile phone service would work.

You would then be able to share data between the two services.
