Still trying to work out why I can't make or receive calls on my unlocked Optus phone but can browse web I looked at my phone settings in caller ID that is completely grayed out so cannot change settings at all using Telstra sim but it must be somehow still using Optus settings so I have no options such as network default, hide no, or show no can't change call forwarding or call barring so who do I contact Optus or Telstra I have paid out 80.00 to get unlocking code which I am told was successful but can't make or receive calls I think because my caller ID is not set up properly because it is greyed out get error message network or sim card error any help please optus
check if the simcard you activated with tesltra is for DATA only,
Yes Telstra sim activated works in my other phones but won't let me make or receive calls on this Optus unlocked phone spent 80.00 to get it unlocked can surf the net download no probs but can't do the obvious
Very frustrated now spent hours trying to get it fixed get missed calls messages but no ringing sound for incoming calls
