Are you talking the origin of a call that you've made, or the origin of the call which you've received?
The location of the caller will be based on the area code i.e. +61 (AUS) +1 (USA)
Keep in mind, caller ID spoofing is common practise especially when it comes to spam/fraud callers. You can never be one hundred percent sure unless the number is listed publicly - for example, in the White Pages.
