Re: Build your own plan

The plan pricing has certainly gone up. My current $69/60gig per month pixel 3 will now cost $83.50/mth on a 24 month plan. That's a $348 increase for nothing. I was looking at upgrading to the S10 galaxy but that will be $106/mth so it likes like i'll be sticking with what i've got, unfortunately.

Re: Build your own plan

Hi Peter,

Are you referring to this section?

Cancellation

You’ll need to pay out any remaining device payments in full and any applicable device credits or discounts will be forfeited.

There is no associated interest rate when cancelling, the remaining device payments will be billed in full. For example the Galaxy A50 is $14/month on a 36 month $91 month to month My Plan of 150GB / Unlimited International Calls and Texts to 35 destinations and 4GB Roaming in Zone 1 countries.

If for example the customer chooses to cancel after 24 months, the device payment would be $14 x remaining 12 months = $168.

I haven't checked every single combo but I haven't found any plans that come with device credits/discounts.
