Hi there, I have recently bought credit online (clicked on through the app) for my mums phone, I have checked that the correct number was used, money has left my account but when my mum checks balance it won’t show
If there is still an issue, please contact Optus directly so they can investigate what has happened.
If the service is in your Mum's name, she will need to be the one to make the enquiry or be with you at the time.
