Bonus data

Hi.  My partner and I upgraded our phones and prepaid epic plan. Why do I recieve sms for bonus data but my partner doesn't?

Does your partner have text message notifications enabled? Maybe they are being sent to your number as the listed contact number?

Visit www.optus.com.au/intouch to take a look.

If everything is fine there, did you both go onto the Epic Plan at the same time? I would suggest to please chat with us to look into what the issue is.

Hi again.  Partner doesn't have an account as to why they are not on.  

Problem with signing up for an account. 

Put in email address and dob, then push next. 

Keeps going back to log on with password.

Didn't get one yet.???

Just to clarify, are you asking fro assistance with registering your partner for a My Account?
