I signed up for a sim only plan during a promotion period that gave me double data. They said the bonus data would be added on the second bill.
The third bill has come and gone yet still no bonus data. I have been into the Optus shop that I signed up with and they put me on the phone with Optus help.
Guy on the line was helpful and submitted a request to promotions team to add the data. Said it would take 2 business days.
It has now been 2 weeks since that time.
How hard do I have to battle for what I'm entitled to?
Speak with them again and if nothing happens in a reasonable time frame I would suggest speaking with the TIO.
