Billing

Hi There,
I have been trying for the past month to deal with my phone bill as i was charged while overseas for going over my data, i wasnt warned properly but had that issue sorted using the messaging app as someone raised a billing case for me and assured me it would be fixed quickly. It is now two days before my phone bill and my bill has not changed and i dont have the total amount of money the bill is asking for. Because of covid19 ive had heaps of trouble being on hold for 40+ minutes and on the online chat taking 2-3 days for a response, my billing case as not been resolved and I'm not sure what to do.

When they do fixes they don't actually change the current bill but just the amount due, and the credits are itemised in the next bill, so you will need to check the app or My Account to see what it says is the current amount that is due.
