I cancelled my nbn service in December and got billed for it on my mobile bill in January and February I spoke to optus repeatedly and they told me they would sort it out and just to pay my mobile charges. Now I have an overdue bill and keep getting messages saying that I need to pay it it otherwise my service will be cut off. Now how do I resolve this issue?
