I transferred ownership of an Optus account.
I received first bill dated 30th March which said it was for period of 28th March to April 27. Which I paid on 9th April, thinking I was on pre paid as I had not set a direct debit.
I then potted out the number which happened on May 1st.
I now have a bill dated 1st May which says it was for the same period of 28th Mar to 27th April asking for payment. Isn’t this the payment I made on the 9th?
