Bill sent to closed email account

So I have cancelled my Optus account.
Fetch has been returned. Optus email account closed. Get a text saying I need to log into Optus to check my bill as the emailed bill failed (Sent to my closed Optus account). Problem, my account is closed and My Optus app does not work with closed account so, how do I pay this bill???

@Zeb0b You are not the first that I have read with a similar issue.

Maybe write a letter to  Optus Customer Relations Group, PO Box 306 Salisbury South 5106
Include a new email address to so they can email or post a bill.

A friend told me ages ago to go away from an ISP/RSP based email account, some of the best advice I was given.

You would think that their system should flag a closed account and email address.  

I am an Optus user.
