Bill overcharge

I have had my phone for maybe 4 years. I had a plan of $80 pm for 2 years, which is supposedly paid for.  But i seem to still be paying $80 pm.  Shouldnt this have changed by now?

It depends on the plan as many of them have zero handset repayments and subsequently continue at the same rate until you change it. There are some excellent sim only plans available at half that price and would be worth considering.
