Bill Issue



I just got the bill and it shows that I need to pay about 280 dollars. In detail, I find that I was charged for an additional device - IphoneX and its plan.


I did indeed ordered one iphone back in November but I have later canceled through the online customer service and the phone service. They ensured me that the order is canceled and I don't need to worry. But now I am charged for an device and plan I did not use for the past month!

So you haven't recieved the phone? You'll need to contact LIVECHAT here online and see if they can't reverse the charges. It should be fairly easy to do now theirs something in the system.
