Awful registration process

Trying to register my new sim. Every time I enter payment details the page refreshes to the begining. Tried multiple browsers. Please dont tell me to call because I dont have a phone. Thats the point. 

However it is still happy charging my account!

Any help Please?!

Hey @D33 - are you trying to register a SIM card to a new or existing service? Is this for a postpaid or prepaid service?

Brand new straigth out of the box. Shouldnt be that hard. Given up on Optus.. given the phone away. Lost yourself a customer. Fix your websight

Was faster resolution signing up with another service provider.
