Auto recharge

I have set up an auto recharge but it does not recharge until 11.00pm tonight. My account says my service has expired. Does that mean I am without mobile service for a whole day? Is the auto recharge service a scam?

Hi

 

This seems odd.   Auto recharge is supposed to ensure you have no gap in your service.   Are you sure your service has expired.  Send an SMS to yourself and see if yiu service is still working.

This is my daughters phone. The web site says service has expired but appears to be working. Looks like web site is a bit misleading. Thanks.
