I have now moved my partners mobile under my name to add to my data pool. However in my account she is still got her old data limit. How do I add her to my data pool?
I'm not sure it's automatic as you may not have eligible plans for data pooling. Might pay to have a word to support via the first link below to see what you need to do.

the main thing to check is your account numbers. As long as both services have the same account number, they will share data. If you're getting separate invoices for the services, jump into Live Chat and request account consolidation.
