Hi, I recently upgraded my post paid plan (last week) and was told to apply online for my student discount code then have it manually applied to my account.
How do I go about doing that?

Try going to https://offer.optus.com.au/student-hub and applying via your Student email address ending in .edu.au and you should get a Student Discount code, then talk to the Sales Team via Live Chat at http://yesopt.us/chat2us and see if they can apply the code. If not speak to the retention team on 1300555241 (go through to disconnections) and see if they can add the code or discount for you, sometimes promotions have to be added on signup, not after.
