Added Optus sport, but still says I don't have premium

I recontracted the other day and decided to add Optus sport to my plan. I got confirmation it was activated today but was never given the ability to create an account. A support person told me to make a basic account. I did this. When I log in to Optus sport now it says I don't have premium. I click subscribe to premium. It brings me to a page to check eligibility. I try and request the SMS code and it comes up with an error. I try and do this via Optus my.account and it says Optus sport active but with am.email that says NOE-MAIL72926271@optus.com.au. I have been on the phone all day and spoken to about 15 people and I keep getting transferred. Can someone please help me!!
