I have recently changed from Telstra to Optus and I have two phones on my plan. My business number and my son's number. I have just been given access to the network however my sons phone still has no service. He was told it would be activated yesterday Saturday 22nd.

Just checking in if your son's number is active now? If not, please contact Optus directly to find out what's happening. Has he restarted the phone?
