How soon after receiving my handset and sim must I activate? I ask because I'm overseas, until about 5 weeks after I can access the handset. Should I activate beforehand... Will I be penalised somehow? Or it doesn't matter when I activate?

Hey @Aryan12 - We would encourage you to activate the service as soon as you can, generally speaking within a 7 day period to stop the SIM from automatically deactivating.
