Activating prepaid on mobile after plan change but number still same but no links provided to make a recharge.
Worked okay with my other phone on same plans done at the same time and received order number confirmation etc., so what's happening?
Not quite following which issue(s) you're having, are you having trouble activating a Prepaid service after a plan change (do you mean transferring it from a Postpaid/billed number?).
Or you need the link to recharge?
