It's been over about a month since I signed up to a new phone contract. My sim card is still not activated. I've called up over 3 times to get it sorted - asking to activate my sim card. My request is for a new phone number (when placed the order online and over the phone when asked to be activated) and now in my account I've got a random number that does not match up to the service number you've given. Can I get an explaination?
