I received my order today,I was so happy and then when I tried to activate my sim online .I entered sim card ,service and order number but stated that im entering a wrong order number but it is the correct one .After trying three times (attempts) activation locked and stated to call sales team straight away .Since its a weekend all the branches are locked .Can someone help me with this ?
Hey @ghee97 - not great to hear you're having trouble activating your SIM. If this is for a postpaid service, the SIM should automatically activate once delivered. Prepaid SIMs can be activated on our website.
