Hey @MissMcGhie. It's not great to hear that the activation of your new SIM card is taking a while. Please keep in mind that SIM activations may take up to 4 hours to complete in some instances.
If it has been longer than 4 hours and are still having no luck, I recommend getting in touch with our Messenger Team via the My Optus app, as they should be able to assist with this matter further from there.
