Activate new sim card

I activated a new SIM card with my previous number prepaid, and I've been waiting since Tuesday 31/12/2019 to have it processed

Are we talking a SIM replacement, or have you made a request to port your number from another carrier? 

 
You haven’t received any sort of communication from us stating that we couldn't complete the port for any reason? 


I'd send our Sales Support team a quick message. They'll be able to confirm the status of the port and when you can expect your service to be up and running.


You can message us directly from the My Optus app, My Account or the Messenger Web Portal.
