Why are Optus unable to transfer my Account from the old system to the new system. I can't consolidate my accounts until they do. 6 months I've been waiting. Lazy or incompetent? Need some help to do it?
Hard to know what the reason is here, BBQStew. I think I can read that >99% have been transferred across.
