I have always had my account debited on the 19th of every month. New account format and the date has been changed to 9 days earlierk earlier no adjustment in charge so optus gains a 9 days why is this?
Hmm, the billing cycle must of changed as well as the due/direct debit date.
Are you able to compare the billing period as it appears on your current invoice with the billing period on the last invoice you'd received? Can you double check if the billing period overlaps?
If that's the case, I'll gladly go in and adjust the account. I believe this should of have already been actioned.
