Account duration

In February i signed up for a 500b ($119) special deal for $65 per month. This is a month to month account and after 12 months the charges will revert to $119.

i lodged a complaint as the sales/technical assist would not put the special deal on my current number. I was then paying $65 for the new account and $49 for my long term phone number.

in April i got a call and my problem was resolved. My long term number was given the "Special" deal and the original month to month account was canceled. They also cancelled my $49 account and i have my long term number with the special deal.

my question is when does my 12 months start? Is it from February or from April. I need to cancel this account before i get a $119 bill.
