I have constantly recieved someone else’s account information about changing plans or thanks for the chat today messages sent to my phone as well as once someone else’s phone bill sent to my email. For a big business I would think and hope that you guys would take privacy as a top priority. Makes me scared to think if my personal information is getting out to by Optus.

If you are an Optus customer yourself, I would give them a call and get them to update it. Obviously they can't tell you who it is or what not, but they can remove the bad links/email addresses and get in touch with the affected customer.
