I was charged on my previous credit card details. I have update to a new credit card about 2 weeks ago but still was charged in the previous card.
I could not find a method to contact on the phone and it is really annoying.
Do i have to go to the phsical store or is there a particular number with extension i can talk to about this?

Generally speaking, updating direct debit details or adding a direct debit to an account can take a full bill cycle to kick in.
Do you know if the debit was rejected from your old card?
