About the sim activation

I made a request to transfer my mobile number from telstra to optus on 12 March.I got a email 27 March.It said the service is active.But actully it isn't.My number is still with telstra.the reference number is PPACT-SIMVAL-0007.plz help me solve this problem.thx

Porting services to Optus is currently on hold due to the COVID-19 impact. Your request will be managed as soon as normal business resumes, I'm afraid there is no ETA.
