About suspension

My phone has been suspended because I am currently overseas. I would like to extend the suspension a bit longer. I used to go on a chat with them to ask for it but now it is not available. Also I can’t log in my Optus app somehow. Except ringing them up, is there another way I can contact them? Thank you in advance.
