How can anyone solve an Account Dispute when you can't get through to Customer Service and you are told by that ANNOYING RECORDED MESSAGE to use the Live Chat on the APP or on your Account and there is no Live Chat there to access but because of this FAILING by OPTUS to help it's customers they still charge a late payment fee even though i am trying to communicate with them about issue i have with my account and that is why i have not made a payment yet.I pity people with Direct Debit Optus seem to invent charges and they will just take money out of your account and then you have to tr and get it back GOOD LUCK with that when you can't get through to anyone on their 133937

When I was dicking around with the app a few hours ago, I noticed that you could press the landline option and the NBN crew was at the bottom of the screen. You might be able to get one of them to pass you across to mobile.
