I THOUGHT I PAID EVERYTHING THAT I WAS SUPOSSED TO BUT I JUST GOT AN E-MAIL SAYS 'PAY YOUR BILL NOW' AND $19.05. SO I WOULD LIKE YOU TO CHECK ABOUT IT. I MADE A PHONE WITH A STAFF OF OPTUS BEFORE I LEFT THE COUNTRY AND I DOUBBLE-CHECKED CLEARLY TO BE DONE MY BILL. I USED THE NUMBER '<removed by mod'. I REQUESTED TO AUTOMATICALLY CANCLE MY SERVICE IN 16TH OF APRIL 2019. I HOPE YOU APLLY SOONER. THANK YOU.

I lnow their has been scam emails going around pretending to be an Optus bill - not sure if the one ypu received is one of them.
As your out of the country I suggest you use Optus chat to talk to an Optus Staff mber who can confirm that a service is cancelled
