Hi @Alpal212, sorry about your mobile connection issue. There could be many factors affecting this. Can be the type of connection you get at a particular tower for e.g. 3g, 3g plus or 4g. Not all towers have 4G. If there is too much traffic at the tower then the service will connect to the next available network h+ (3G plus). The number of people connecting at the same time at one place to the same towers can also affect the connection.
